学校食堂锅炉节能改造措施探究

节约能源不仅是我国经济和社会发展的一项长远战略方针,更是当前一项极其紧迫的任务。在我国,锅炉作为目前最主要的耗能设备,在实际运行中存在的一些较为突出的问题也同时反映了其中存在的巨大节能潜力。现针对我国学校食堂锅炉的使用现状和存在问题,提出了学校食堂锅炉节能改造的措施。     

关于我国瓦斯治理现状及存在问题的分析

随着我国煤矿开采深度的不断加大,煤层的透气性逐渐降低,而瓦斯的压力、浓度、放散量和速度则不断升高,因此加大瓦斯治理力度尤为关键。本文我们将针对当前我国煤矿瓦斯治理的现状,针对当前工作中存在的问题,提出煤矿瓦斯治理工作方面的意见和措施,以期能够提高煤矿的安全性,减少煤矿瓦斯事故的发生。     

煤矿井巷工程质量控制的系统特性分析

我国煤矿的工程质量一直是社会关注的焦点,因为最近几年我国煤矿频频发生重大的安全事故,这就使得许多的矿井作业安全问题日益的暴露了出来。而且在煤矿开采过程中其本身就是一个高危作业,再加之许多的人为操作的失误,很容易造成重大的安全事故,所以安全作业系数根本就不好控制。文章主要从煤矿的安全生产和维护工程质量方面分析。     

Did foreign exchange holding influence growth performance during the global financial crisis?

In a context of increased foreign exchange reserves holding from emerging and developing countries, this paper investigates the diminishing return of reserves holding assumption over the most severe phase of the global financial crisis (2008Q1–2010Q4). Relying on a Panel Smooth Transition Regression model, we highlight the differential effect of the accumulation of foreign exchange reserves for a set of financial vulnerabilities variables. In a specific manner, although reserves accumulation is effective above a critical threshold to cope with vulnerabilities related to the financial channel, we show that it becomes less effective beyond a certain threshold for domestic bank vulnerabilities. Our results are robust to alternative specifications.     

大断面煤层沿空巷内支护加固技术研究

地下岩体在开采之前,由于自重和构造所引起的应力是处于平衡状态的,当掘巷道或者进行回采工作时,就破坏了原来应力的平衡状态,使岩体内部应力重新分布,具体表现在巷体周围的煤、岩体产生移动、变形,直到煤和岩体内部形成新的应力平衡状态为止。在煤的开掘过程中,由于采掘活动引起巷道围岩应力集中和重新分配,为了防止围岩变形遭到破坏,需要对围岩进行支护和加固。本文就大断面煤层沿空巷内支护加固技术进行研究,以便为煤矿在开采过程中积累一些技术和经验。

本文在分析和研究煤矿工程造价的基础上,介绍了其含义与职能,并进一步探讨了煤矿工程造价竞标的意义和作用。     

浅析软煤层中顶层综采工作面回采初期技术管理

目前正处于煤炭行业的寒潮时期,各地煤炭企业亏损严重。为了响应国家的安全生产方针,煤炭企业在该时期生产过程中安全方面更不敢出一丝的问题。由于综采工艺相比其他采煤工艺而言大大提高了施工人员的安全系数。所以,综采工艺往往是工作面回采的首选。河南能源化工集团焦煤公司中马村矿同样采用了综采工艺对211021工作面进行回采。211021综采工作面为顶层工作面,并且所采煤层煤质较软,初采初放期间遇到了三条断层。下面就211021综采工作面回采初期的技术管理进行简要的分析总结。

成本管理是每一个企业管治的关键环节,是提升企业效益的重中之重,看重企业成本管治才可以让企业在激烈的市场竞争中具有优势。煤矿企业是国民经济的关键组成部分,对我国能源领域有极大的影响。基于此,论文就煤矿企业成本管理存在的问题和对策进行了探讨。

The Coal Crisis in Appalachia: Agrarian Transformation,Commodity Frontiers and the Geographies of Capital

Capital's commodity frontiers strategy has at once woven together regional differences within an expanding world‐system and remade the productive and reproductive activities of humans and the rest of nature. The development of successive commodity frontiers gave way to long waves of economic expansion that have been pivotal to accelerating accumulation and transcending capital's recurrent crises. In short, commodity frontiers are constitutive of world‐ecological moments premised on booms and crises of accumulation. In this paper, I examine the coal commodity frontier in Appalachia, to illustrate the region's history as one of succeeding frontiers in and out of the region over the long twentieth century of American capitalism. I argue that the origin of Appalachia's coal frontier was decisively made through the nineteenth‐century agricultural revolution expressed outside of the region. Appalachia's full‐fledged development was an outcome of capital's under‐reproduction strategies. The crisis of the region's frontier turned on a lack of surplus from under‐reproduction strategies, competing coal basins, economic diversification and competing energy sources. I find that the commodity frontier concept not only illuminates regional political economies and ecologies of difference, but also explains the production of nature of historical capitalism.
